Lakeside Lodges is managed by Kim and Dane Slee, who took over in October 2024.
Attention to detail and impeccable service are very important to us so you can be assured that your stay at Lakeside Lodges will be one to remember.
With attention to detail and all the facilities you could possibly need - and even a few you may have forgotten you do! We are family and pet friendly.
Higher Grants Farm is located within the stunning Exe valley, a beautifully scenic and unspoilt area just outside Exmoor National Park.
The Lakes.
The lodges and lakes are surrounded by lawns and have all the infrastructure in place for coarse fishing with the Tiverton Angling Club which provides members with some fantastic fishing from wooden stands situated in suitable locations around one of the lakes. Fishing is available for two guests per lodge.
The western lake has a timber framed pontoon which leads to a circular seating area overlooking the lake. (Please note that sometimes in the summer this lake may dry up)
​All lodges are complete with private parking for up to three cars. Short breaks available and we are open all year.
